Setting up your license for 3DXpert
This document explains how to set the license for 3DXpert after 3DXpert has been installed on your computer.
It relates to the activation of a computer-locked license (meaning that the license is based on the ID of your computer).
In case you have a dongle-based license, the same process applies (while the dongle is connected to your computer).

To activate your 3DXpert license, you must first receive an activation code from your reseller and then enter that code in the License Manager.
To do that, follow these steps:
- Press Start and launch the 3DXpert Control Panel.
- In the 3DXpert Control Panel, enter Licensing and launch the License Manager.
- The License Manager is displayed.
There are a few options to activate a license:
- Computer-Locked License Activation
- Dongle-Locked License Activation
- Network-Computer-Locked License Setup
- Network-Dongle-Locked License Setup
